Why should I create an account?

By creating an account you are able to store information such as your address and vehicles. When making bookings this information can be retrieved easily saving you from entering it everytime you make a booking. You will also be able to view your rewards points, receive newsletters and warrant of fitness reminders.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Click the forgot your password? link underneath the login form on the left hand side of the page, you will be directed to a new page. Enter the email address you used to register and click change. A a new password will be emailed to you.

How do I create an account?

Click the register link underneath the login form on the left hand side of the page, you will be directed to a new page. Fill in the form making sure to at least fill in the required fields indicated. You must accept our terms of use by checking the box provided. Click on the register button, you will receive an email notification that you are now registered with us.

Do I have to create an account to make an online booking?

No it is not necessary. Bookings can be made without creating an account. However, by creating an account the booking process is simplified and you are also able to track the progress of your booking.

How do I contact you?

There are a couple of ways in which you can contact us. Click the Our Locations link in the quick links menu on the left hand side of the page. Here you can find a list of all our locations along with contact information.

Alternatively you can click the Contact Us link under quick links, you will be directed to a page where you can submit your inquiry using a form.

What does it mean by stay logged in on the login form?

When you log in your session will automatically expire after an hour. By checking stay logged in the cookies on your computer will be given a much longer expiry date, therefore keeping you logged in. It is not recommended to use this feature on public or shared computers.

How do I make an online booking?

Click on the Make a Booking link in the quick links menu on the left hand side of the page, you will be directed to a booking form.

Fill in at least the indicated required fields and click submit to send your booking. You will receive a notification that your booking has been logged and that it is marked as pending. Once your booking has been confirmed by somebody at Advance Automotive you will then receive a confirmation email.

NB: If were are logged in at the time of making a booking click the My Account tab view your booking by clicking the My Bookings link.

How can I cancel an online booking?

Click on the Bookings tab and click the Cancel Booking link underneath this tab, you will be directed to a cancel booking form.

If you are logged in, you can select one of the bookings you have made from the drop down menu on the form. Click submit and a notification will be sent to Advance Automotive that you have cancelled your booking.

If you are NOT logged in, fill out the required fields and click the submit button, a notification will be sent to Advance Automotive. Note: to cancel your booking online you will need the Booking ID number which would have been emailed to you when the booking was made. If you do not have this and would like to cancel your booking please phone us.

How do I change my account password?

If you are logged into your account, click the My Account tab followed by the Change Password link in the submenu. Fill in the required fields of the provided form and click change. Your password will now be changed.

How do I add and remove my vehicles?

If you are logged into your account, click the My Account tab followed by the My Vehicles link in the submenu.

To add a vehicle click the provided link under the page heading, you will be directed to a form to add vehicles. Fill in at least the indicated required fields then click the add vehicle button.

To remove vehicles from your account, click the remove button under the desired vehicle in your My Vehicles list.

Why do I need to get my reward key approved?

This is a security measure that is aimed at preventing someone from getting a view of the wrong rewards in the case that the wrong reward key is entered. When you request approval the details of your account will be checked against the records of Advance Automotive.

In the event that you create another account (for example you lose your login details) you can still access your rewards with ths alternative account by also submitting your reward key through it.

How do I change my account information?

If you are logged into your account, click the My Account tab followed by the My Profile link in the submenu.

Fill in or change the desired fields ensuring at least the required fields are filled in and click the update button. Your account information will now be changed.

How do I view my bookings?

If you are logged into your account, click the My Account tab followed by the My Bookings link in the submenu. If you have any current bookings they will be listed.
